Actor Parineeti Chopra was among the many celebrities and Bollywood stars who attended the premiere of Shirin Farhad Ki Toh Nikal Padi at Cinemax in Mumbai on Thursday.
She wore a form-fitting dress and looked pretty (even though she could lose quite a few kilos and tone-up her arms).
However, the young star had a slight wardrobe malfunction…

An eyewitness present at the venue told TOI “Parineeti had donned a rather taut coral dress which seemed to be too snug for her frame. But as soon as she realised (which was within 10 minutes of her dazzling entry), that her dress had developed a runaway tear near the zip, she did what any sensible girl would have done – run for cover before it got any worse.”

Terry Crews Workout

What always confused me, was why Terry Crews wasn't a big action star. If he didn't look like someone who could beat the hell out of someone with their own arm, nobody did. Luckily for him, he's not a one trick pony, despite looking like one of the most bad-ass guys in the entertainment industry, the guy is super funny too. SO he can make you laugh while he's kicking your ass. This is why his comedic talents have been so in demand and perhaps not leaving him with the need to be the action star most people knew he could be.
Things changed of course when Sylvester Stallone cast him as Hale Caesar in the massive throwback action flick - The Expendables. From the second the casting news came out, I knew he was going to kill it, and sure enough, nobody was disappointed. Nobody else would have the strength and size to pick up the gun he used let alone anything else. He may not have been the biggest star in the star-studded blockbuster, but many would say it was Hale Caesar who stole the show in every scene he was in.
Now Terry Crews is just big, plain and simple. You don't get to spend years in the NFL if you're not tough and don't know how to get in and stay in shape. His incredible physique may be the result of many years of training and playing professional football, but there's no doubt we can learn something from a Terry Crews workout style and apply it to our efforts in the gym. Yvonne Strahovski Workout And Diet

Yvonne Strahovski is the gorgeous, statuesque, ass-kicking blonde Aussie from TV's 'Chuck' (before it finished). She's also the reason I've run up about half of the 28,000+ views on the latest SoBe lifewater video on Youtube. The sad thing is I'm only slightly joking.
I've considered becoming a villain just so she'll turn up to kick my ass. I've also considered that she's not a real spy and I take TV shows way too seriously.
I prefer my fantasy world. In my fantasy world the commercial was shot in my neighbors pool, while I watched through the net curtains in my bedroom. Yeah, even in my fantasy world I can't get near a woman that hot.

You might have guessed already that Yvonne isn't exactly a couch potato. She does a lot of exercise, including hiking, resistance band training, and core exercises. And she keeps a healthy body inside too by eating plenty of fruits, vegetables and protein, with a minimum of carbs.  Not to mention all the stunt work she did whilst on Chuck.

Nicole Scherzinger Workout

Get hot like Nicole!
Nicole Scherzinger is in her dirty 30's, but you could be mistaken for thinking she's 10 years younger - thanks in part to perfect skin - but largely due to the fact she has a trim and taught physique which seems to be improving by the minute. So she was a terrible judge on X-factor. Then again, Simon and the other guy are just as bad, but neither of those guys are 1/1000th as telegenic as Nicole. Simon might have boobs bigger than Nicole's, but that's about where the similarities end.

Here's a little factoid for you; way before Nicole was in the PussyCat Dolls, she was asked to be the fourth member of the Black Eyed Peas, but had to decline due to being under contract with forgettable girl group 'Eden's Crush'. So, instead, we got lumped with Fergie and her collagen filled face for the better part of a decade. But it's all worked out pretty damn well for Nicole with her massive girl group, solo career and stints on X-Factor and Dancing with the Stars. Note: She won Dancing with the Stars, but how fair is it when you're a professional dancer vs people like Buzz Aldrin! (He was 80 years old for god's sake!) 

Firstly, Nicole Scherzinger doesn't take holidays from her workout. Her workout is a lifestyle, not a quick fix, or something she does because she has to. Like anyone with a great body year round, she works at it constantly, and like those other models of health and fitness she enjoys it. Workouts and eating healthily shouldn't be a chore. As always this workout is a guideline based on what Nicole does, but if there are elements you don't enjoy, find an alternative that you will enjoy.
Right, let's get to it. So what is Nicoles secret to a firm, fit body?
Cardio, cardio and more cardio
From her time with the PussyCat Dolls - and even before - Nicole spends (sometimes) hours a day in dance rehearsals or dancing in concert. If you don't think you can find the time alone to dance around your house at an energetic pace for 40mins-60mins a day, then - and I hate to say this - you might want to try a Zumba class. Sure, it's a fad dance class, but you'll get the same cardio and movement benefits Nicole does from her dance training.
