JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE

Justin timberlake bring himself on top of the music charts as an american singer. Justintimberlake is a very energetic performer and a very good dancer too. He have done a lot of excellent dance moves that will shock you sometimes. For doing all these things justin have to take care of his fitness on daily.
Justin timberlake is having a great body. As a result, everyone knows he is one of the world’s sexiest male celebrities. Its not easy to maintain your body, as he have a very tightschedule. But he give proper time to his workout.
It takes a lot of sweat and strength to build a good body.

JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE DIET

Justin takes a 5 meals diet a day.
In 1st meal- 3 boiled eggs, oat meal, and a glass of juice.
In 2nd meal- one boiled chicken chest, rice, and one glass protein shake.
In 3rd meal- 3 boiled eggs, 4 brown bread pieces and a glass of milk.
In 4th meal- one boiled chicken chest, 2 brown bread and some salad.
In 5th meal- 3 boiled eggs and a glass of protein shake.
JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE WORKOUT
He exercise 4-5 hours a week. Justin also do weightlifting and play sports and of-course dance a lot.
All these activities keep him healthy and also keep his body fit and hot.
