Carlos Irwin Estevez was born on September 3, 1965, and he is better known by his stage name Charlie Sheen, is an television actor and American actor. He is the son of a popular actor Martin Sheen.

We all have seen him in many movies like scary movie 3 and scary movie 4. We all like his acting but he also concentrate on his fitness. Because he things that to live you must have a healthy body.

Although he don’t go to gym daily and have a 5-6 meals per day. But he starts his day with jogging in the morning and have a healthy diet. He keeps himself away from alcohol.
All these things make him live a good life and maintain a healthy body.
