Natalie Portman height and weight

Height:
About 5’3″
About 1.6 m
Weight:
For most of her movie roles, Natalie Portman has stayed between 115-120 pounds, but for her role in 2010′s Black Swan, Natalie reportebly lost up to 20 pounds for her role!
That’s insane, but luckily, those 20 lost pounds were only for the movie.  By the time No Strings Attached came out in 2011, she was back in shape.

The following HIIT(high intensity interval training) routine should be done after every weight training workout. It should take no more than 20 minutes.
  1. Get a treadmill and warm-up on the treadmill by adjusting the speed levels so that you are able to walk at a medium pace for 5 minutes.
  2. Increase the intensity so that you are now sprinting as fast as possible. Sprint for 30 seconds.
  3. Decrease the speed so that you are back to walking at a medium pace. Walk for 90 seconds.
  4. Alternate steps 2 and 3 until you perform 6 total sprints.
  5. Perform a 3 minute cooldown on the treadmill by walking at a slow pace.
