Keira Knightley was born in England and is a very successful actress and model, despite only being 26 years old still. Keira started to get some fame when she co-starred in the movies ”Pirates of the Caribbean” and ”Bend it like Beckham” Since then, she has appeared in a lot more movies and has even been nominated for the best actress award at the Golden Globes. It has been reported that Keira Knightley is the seconded highest paid actress in Hollywood, having apparently made around 32 million dollars in the year 2007, which also makes her one of the highest paid non American female actresses.
Being a model and the face of many different campaigns, Keira Knightley has to stay in great physical condition, that’s of course if she want to stay in the business! She does this through an exercise regime and strict diet that has helped her carve out the body she has today. Many women would love to follow in her footsteps and carve themselves their own sexy body, however, most people wont even bother to try and they feel it will be beyond them.
It’s uncertain what Keira’s actual exerciser regime is, but it probably isn’t anything special or too complicated at all! You can achieve the same type of body as her through simple yoga stretching and hard cardio training. This way, you won’t be training your body to gain muscle, but you will be training it to tone up and lose weight, just like Keira has done to her body! The only difference between her and you, is that she has had the mental strength to go ahead and get herself into great shape, and how she must be loving all the attention! Don’t you want that type of attention too? Well, the good news it that it is most definitely possible, but only if you believe it is!
Many people think that Keira Knightley is a thin woman, no doubt about it. But whether this Caribbean Pirates star unhealthy and suffering from anorexia? I’m not entirely sure. Although she looks pretty skinny, this British actress is an attractive and gorgeous woman because at many people perception she has a body that is naturally slim, but she believes that her slim and toned perfect body coming from the work hard with a healthy diet and regular exercise.

Keira Knightley’s diet is a balanced diet and portion control. Her diet basically lets her eat whatever she wants as long as the portion is stored in moderation. At the same time, Keira Knightley’s diet should be closely controlled to ensure that she gets a healthy food, fortunately she also follows a balanced meal.
Keira Knightley does routines exercise, she runs and doing strength training boxing, weightlifting, archery, and an ax fight in preparation for some of the characters she plays in her films. “I’m not going to run five miles every morning. I have never been to the gym for a long time, and I drank about half a bottle of wine at night,” she said.

"Um…no…I try, I do try. I did hire a personal trainer which was quite good and she sort of cracked a whip and shouted at me a lot and made me do it, but I didn't really like it. I don't like pain. And I do find that working out is quite painful. I did actually join a gym, sort of about a year ago, it's was a really nice, really posh gym and I just go and I sort of watch everybody and they'd be slugging away, and I'd watch them and just think No… I'll just sit here. And they had lovely water. They had water will all this sort of um…it had like cucumber cut up into it. So I sat there in my workout gear and just sort of drank the water and watched everybody else working out. And then thought, well that's quite an expensive way to drink water with stuff in it. "
