There Were Rumours Justin Was Aiming For A Taylor Lautner Type Physique
Apparently Justin Bieber has been working on gaining muscle a long time now. There were once rumours that he was aiming to get ripped like Taylor Lautner who at just the age of 17 successfully built a very impressive muscular physique to play his character in Twilight: New Moon. Justin Bieber's hard work in the gym seem to be paying off a little because the singer was confident enough to show-off his physique in a photo shoot with Seventeen Magazine. However, if Justin Bieber wants to look muscular like Taylor Lautner he still has a lot of work to do. Will Justin gain muscle and attain an impressive muscular physique that'll have everyone talking? Well that depends on a number of factors which we will discuss below.
Where Justin Has An Advantage
Justin Bieber has one clear advantage when it comes to putting on muscle mass. He is pretty young and just began to work out. Young guys in their late teens to middle twenties can build muscle mass rapidly by eating right and working out hard. However, there are obstacles that can prevent some young guys from gaining the body that they desire. Genetics plays a critical role in how well young guys gain muscle as well as how easily they can gain fat. To successfully get a muscular physique that'll look impressive you must be able to put on sufficient muscle mass with minimal fat gain. However, guys who can't get fat no matter how much they eat may have a harder time gaining muscle as well.
What He Needs To Do
For Justin Bieber to gain an impressive muscular body he needs to take the correct approach in respect to diet and working out for his specific condition and body type. Justin Bieber looks like an Ectomorph which is the body type that can't put on muscle mass easily so he'll need to eat a good level above maintenance in order to build up mass.
Justin will also need to spend some time on the big lifts and limit cardio to make proper gains. He'll need to work with the right volume of sets and reps with very short rest periods between sets to achieve cumulative fatigue of the muscle so he can grow bigger. Can Justin man up and endure that kind of intense workout?
Lifting Weights To Build Muscle Is A lot Of Physical Pressure
Taylor Lautner was an active participant in martial arts before he started weight training, which may have helped prepared him physically for that hard workout. I believe I read Justin played hockey and football when he was young, and he's also an active stage performer so he is not physically awkward. However, another factor that drove Taylor Lautner to work hard at building his body was because his career depended on it. He would have lost he's role in Twilight: New Moon to someone else if he didn't buff up. Justin Bieber on the other hand don't have anything to lose if he doesn't get a muscular body. Making he's millions depends on he's singing ability. But once he develop the right mindset, work hard and stick to his program he'll succeed at getting ripped. Whatever Justin needs to do in order to successfully pack on muscle he'll be guided accordingly by his well paid personal trainer.
