How Jenny Farley ‘JWOWW’ Lost Weight

If you’re a Jersey Shore fan then surely you would have noticed Jenny’s extreme weight loss in season 4! I can’t believe how different she looks! She looks like she’s had some plastic surgery too but she has denied the rumours.
Here’s an article from US Magazine on JWOWWs weight loss (it’s from 2010) when she lost the first bit of weight. She has gone on to shed even more weight since last year and some are saying she is too skinny now.

JWoww’s got it and isn’t afraid to flaunt it!
Jersey Shore‘s Jenni “JWoww” Farley showed off her sexy, trim body and revealed how she stays so fit. While she still enjoys her favorite junk food and alcohol, the secret is moderation and regular workouts.
“I’ll still eat junk food, cheesecake, cheese, pizza, but just lower amounts of it,” she told UsMagazine.com at the Ab Cuts event in NYC in December. The star said she takes the nutritional supplement once or twice a day. “It’s for overall health and for feeling good about yourself,” she told Us.
For workouts, Farley has a special relationship with her trainer. “My boyfriend trains me,” the 25-year-old told Us. “He’s a big bodybuilder.”
Farley, who wrote the upcoming The Rules According to JWoww, works out five days a week. Under the guidance of her boyfriend-trainer, she does 30 minutes to an hour of cardio including the elliptical, treadmill or StairMaster.
“And then he puts me on the floor and we do free weights,” she told Us. “He teaches me the right way to work out.”
Jenny has given a sample of her diet:

  • Breakfast: Egg-white omelet with veggies and one slice wheat toast, coffee.
  • Lunch: Salad with grilled chicken, avocado, walnuts and blue cheese.
  • Snack: Steamed broccoli with fresh mozzarella or vanilla protein shake with peanut butter and banana.
  • Dinner: Nine pieces salmon or tuna sashimi, spicy tuna roll, miso soup
