Wanna have a fit, toned and sexy beach body that you’ll absolutely love, then you have to try the Alyssa Milano workout routine. If you have a body like Alyssa’s, I guarantee you’ll have every guys attention.
 I remember when Alyssa Milano was on the 80’s TV show, Who’s the Boss, and how as a kid I had a huge crush on her. She was cute and athletic and the girl of my and just about every other 14 year old boys dreams at that time. She worked out as a teen, and even made her own exercise video series called Teen Steam.
She was, and still is, simply amazing. Ok, enough of me fawning over Alyssa and let’s get on with the topic that you really want to know about….an Alyssa Milano workout routine you can use to get a killer body like hers.
How Does Alyssa Milano Do It?
First off, Alyssa really likes working out and you can tell she takes a lot of pride in how she looks. She definitely has a ton of self motivation when it comes to exercise and it shows.
I can tell you what she does and I can give you an Alyssa Milano workout routine to enable you to have a body like hers, but you have to supply the desire and motivation. Think you’re up for that? If so, read on.
This is how Alyssa stays in such fantastic shape:

1. She does a cardio workout by running three miles every day to keep her legs in athletic shape.

2. She takes a “Spinning” class called ”The Ride” at the gym Rockers in LA that she frequents. Spinning classes work your muscles by mimicking a long bicycle ride.

3. She adds a 30 minute weight training session to her workout routine at least twice a week. This is what really gives her that beautiful body shape and symmetry.
Alyssa Milano Diet
Alyssa Milano believes in moderation, She follows The Zone Diet, but more low carb. The zone diet is basically a Low Calorie Diet, every meal and snack should be 40 percent of calories from carbohydrate, 30 per cent from protein and 30 per cent from fat. In Zone Language it is called 40:30:30 ratio. Check out the book The Zone Diet, to get started. She also gives herself a free day on Sunday and eats whatever she wants. Alyssa’s favorite food is sushi and her own mother’s Italian cooking especially rolled spinach lasagna..
Alyssa Milano Exercise
Alyssa Milano does spinning classes and runs three miles every morning. She has worked with Gunnar Peterson doing his Core Secrets program.
How do you stay so fantastically fit?
I run three miles in the morning, and then if I get off work early enough, I take a 40-minute spinning class. I also do yoga twice a week and weight-training three times a week.
Any diet secrets?
I follow a modified version of The Zone Diet (a low-carl meal plan), but on Sundays I eat whatever I want.
